Eating healthy is a top priority for me this summer. I’ve come across some healthy foods and snacks that I have been loving. I like to find foods that have a lot of healthy benefits not just foods that are low in calories. It’s one thing to count your calories to stay healthy but it’s more important to watch what you’re actually putting into your body. Avocado has always been one of my favorite foods. However, I never knew how healthy it was for your body. Avocado reduces risk of heart disease, burns fat, and helps your body absorb nutrients. Avocado also help prevent signs of aging which is something all of us girls will want to avoid eventually.
