Greetings from paradise. As I sit inside the beach house, the sun did not come out as much as planned:( No worries, today was the only day it was supposed to be cloudy. I am having tanning with drawls but I will soon recover. I figured if I couldn’t physically tan I would talk about tanning! Some may consider myself as a pro tanner. Okay, no one probably has ever said that besides myself but let me tell you how to get as tan as you can be.
So many girls, including myself, always think, If I don’t wear sunscreen I’ll get SO tan!” No. What will happen is…First you will get an uneven sun burnt. You will have areas more red than other and over all just look diseased. You will be more prone to getting skin cancer. And you just ruined half of your vacation because now you have to stay out of the sun until you heal!!
If you tan easily wear a SPF 15. If you do get burnt on occasion wear SPF 30. If your pale wear SPF 45+
Wearing sunscreen will give you a even tan and protect your skin
Layout by the water
-When you lay out you are going to get the most tan when by water. The water reflects the sunlight onto more and you will get even more tan!!If you are on a beach, take walks!
Walking up and down the beach will not only be good for you but it gets your body tan at all angles! Some of us can’t just lay out for hours due to boredom. Taking walks by the water is probably the best way to get tan
-After long days of tanning, you’re going to want your tan to stay as long as possible.
-If you moisturize every night it will keep your skin from drying out and peeling. Therefore, your tan will stay longer and look better.
-Also, if you moisturize your skin will take the sun in better the next day because the sun isn’t attracted to dry skin
