In the summer time everyone wants to feel light and fresh! When it comes to makeup no one wants to have it melting of their faces. I usually use a heavy foundation during the year for special occasions and nights out. During the summer, however, when I want to get ready for a night out I don’t want to use such a heavy product. Summer nights can still be hot and humid and when I get a lot of color from the sun I don’t feel like I need as much makeup. Usually I will opt for some kind of tinted moisturizer in the summer to give me coverage and color. Recently I found such a happy medium. I heard great reviews about Benefit’s new Oxygen Wow foundation and had to try it out. I’ve been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it! It doesn’t have too much coverage like a thick foundation but isn’t as thin as a tinted moisturizer. They have a wide variety of colors unlike some foundations so I had no problem finding one that matched my skin. The foundation also gives me that fresh, glowy, wow look just like it claims it does. This is definitely my favorite summer foundation. What’s yours?
